Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and Health Spending Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) cards. The returned check fee is $60.00.
If a cancellation or rescheduled appointment is necessary, Lotus Center of Healing, LLC requires 24 hours notice or you may be charged for your appointment. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioners discretion. An appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, or no shows may be charged the full price of that appointment.
Providing us a 24-hours notice allows Lotus Center of Healing, LLC to fill that appointment time from our waiting list.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late will result in a shorter therapy time as we are on a schedule and need to be respectful of the next client.
We do not bill health insurance. Instead, we can provide you with a receipt upon requesr that may be submitted to your insurer for possible reimbursement, or may be filed with your medical and dental expenses on federal income taxes subject to IRS limitations. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. The returned check fee is $60.00.
We are out-of-network provider with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Florida Blue, and United Healthcare.
We accept Health Spending Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) cards. If your HSA, FSA, or HRA provider does not offer reimbursement cards, we can provide you with a receipt upon reques that may be submitted to your HSA, FSA, or HRA provider for possible reimbursement. All clients must be prescreened in advance of their appointments, and on the day of their appointment before enteing the office. All clients must wear masks. If you do not have a clean mask or face covering, a surgical mask will be provided to you. When possible, clients will pay with a touchless payment process. To ensure social distancing between clients, appointments will be spaced out. During this time, the office is cleaned and disinfected. For those clients who wish to "shelter-at-home" and socially distance, telehealth will continue to be an option.
We are a professional establishment offering wellness therapies for overall health and well-being. We will not tolerate unacceptable behaior during a therapy session and have the right to deny services to anyone who expresses inappropriate behaviors.
