Flights
Please fly into and out of Keflavik (KEF) airport in Reykjavik, Iceland. When booking flights, keep in mind that the retreat begins with a meet and greet on Sunday, October 7, and ends with a morning practice followed by breakfast on Saturday, October 13.
There is Flybus shuttle from Keflavik airport to Reykjavik. Taxis service is also available from and to the airport. There are several Taxi companies in Reykjavik. These include: Hreyfill, and BSR.
Clients are responsible at all times for their own personal documents, visa, passport, baggage and equipment. USA citizens will need a valid passport to visit Iceland, yet no visa is required at this time. Passports will need to be valid for at least 3 months from the date of entry and will need at least two blank pages. Iceland reserves the right to refuse entry if passports expire before the 3 month mark after arrival. As entry requirements can change, please visit the State Department's website for up to date information.
Choose Your Room
Ideally located in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, the boutique hotel includes 50 rooms, and an in-house restaurant. The in-house restaurant is widely regarded as one of Reykjavik's finest.
There are several different room types. This section should help you choose which room you would like. Each of the rooms emphasizes coziness and comfort with a classic minimalist style, are newly renovated, somewhat different from the next, and offer you a unique experience.
Couples that are traveling together have the option to choose two twin beds, or one queen bed in the Shared Double and Premium Shared rooms.
Basically, the difference is based on size. The Single Room is the smallest while the Premium Shared Double Room is the largest.
The pictures represent all four categories so that you can get a feeling of the room types, size and quality.

Retreat Payments
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 deposit. Any cancellations made before August 16, 2018, payments will be refunded minus the $500 deposit. Any cancellation made between August 16, 2018 and October 7, 2018 or no shows will result in a total loss of funds. If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be made in writing or via email, and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Lotus Center of Healing, LLC receives the written notification. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum; if we do your deposit is refunded in full. Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, price is subject to change. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
